Canning day

Today Shawn and I finally got around to canning all the blackberries we harvested last summer/fall from our one little blackberry bush. As the berries got ripe I just stuck them in ziplock bags and put them in the freezer because you just don't get enough all at once to really do anything with them. Well, today we finally found the time to get them canned and it was a ton! We did 3 batches of syrup and 5 batches of jam! I couldn't believe how much we had from that one little bush! I can't wait to have pancakes and rolls now-YUM!
