Yesterday was Ty's baseball tournament. They did AWESOME! We were all so proud of our boys, they have never played better! They started out in 11th place (out of 22 teams). It sucked because they weren't in the top 10 so they had to play an early game against a team they had previously lost to. Honestly, we were all thinking that they would lose that game and we would go on with our day (it was single elimination). We were SO wrong! Our boys smoked the other team! Wow! So we went straight on to play our next game against the other team we had lost to. Once again we thought it would be over after that but our boys did it again! Unbelievable! Tyler was whackin them out there and fielding them like crazy. The only bad part was it was like 98 degrees and humid- ugh!! There was no shade and all of the parents were frying (not to mention the boys)! So after a short lunch the boys were in the final 4 and we all had high hopes. Alas, it was not to be... Our poor boys had already played 2 games in the 100 degree heat and the other team had only played 1. Our boys played with serious heart and they never stopped battling but it wasn't enough. It was okay though, we were all just so dang proud!!!

They really did awesome! Ty sure grew a lot during this season... and I think it could be his sport!!
