Last night was our annual Stake Valentine's Day dance. We have never been to it before because I never could talk Shawn into going, he always told me he couldn't dance. Well, this year we were on the committee for it so he HAD to take me- teehee. I went in the morning to help decorate and believe me it was AWESOME! My friend Ali who was in charge of it really has the vision and talent! Anyway, it was our job to cook the hamburgers for the dance- 240 of them! Shawn cooked 160 and our friend Tom helped him out by cooking 80. They were total grease burgers so it was hilarious to watch the flames flying everywhere! I'm sure the whole town could smell those babies cooking. lol We made it to the dance and right off Shawn was totally impressed with the decorations, it was way better than he could imagine. Then, to my total surprise he was the one dragging me to the dance floor, "so that when we were 50 I couldn't harrass him for never dancing with me". It was SO MUCH FUN!! He totally got into it and was dancing and laughing and we were just having the best time! He later said that now he regrets not going for the past 4 years. Awww... he's so cute! :) Seriously, it was wonderful! Thanks to everyone who helped out with a wonderful evening.

We had plans of going- but then Jamey got called into work. So we spent the evening at work, and paying for a sitter!! Sorry we missed it!
