Super Cop

Tonight I got to see my hot hubby in action! I MEAN Super Cop action! :) I was driving down the road taking A and B to their mother's house and this humongo van in front of us kept swerving all over the road. He almost hit every car that tried to pass him because he couldn't stay in the lane (he was in the LEFT lane no less- grrr). At one point he was actually driving down the center of the road- right down the dotted line! Shawn happened to be on duty and we were in his area so Ashlie called him to tell him we were pretty sure we had a drunk in front of us. He told us to follow them and give him directions as he hauled butt to get to where we were. We stayed with the guy and the adrenaline was pumping as we watched Shawn trying to get to where we were with his lights flashing and, as Ashlie said "the stupid cars not getting out of his way". lol He finally got to us (with lights off by now) and he stealthily followed the van for a bit before he turned on his lights and pulled him over. You should have heard the girls cheering for him when his lights flashed on!! "Our dad is awesome, lalalalalal, whoot whoot, our dad is awesome!!" So hilarious!! Ashlie said she felt like she was on Dog the Bounty Hunter- HAHA. It was quite a letdown when he called us back a few minutes later to tell us the guy wasn't drunk- just a stinky old man driving a van that the steering wheel wasn't even bolted on!! People are so stupid!!!!
